What is the housing corporation?

The housing corporation is an alumni-governed organization that supports the chapter housing environment. It provides continuity year-to-year and helps ensure the property is maintained responsibly.

How are maintenance issues handled?

Residents should report maintenance issues early. The board coordinates with vendors and schedules work based on urgency. For maintenance, email maintenance@gsudeltachihousing.org.

Do you publish resident information?

No. We avoid publishing resident names or private details. We keep public content high-level and share sensitive information only through appropriate channels when there is a legitimate need.
